Driving and parking within the tourist area is difficult at best, and from what I've heard, the roads outside the city limits are poor to non-existent.No self-sevice laundry facilities on any Celebrity ship.Can't help with the liquor question.Small speed boats are never used as tenders. Ships carry their own tenders or have an arrangement with local services. The tenders into Belize are local and carry maybe 60+ pax at a time.
