Yes all is true, we just did the trip with X-STREAM CAVE TUBING..BelizeCruiseExcursions.com and they provided everything they promised and the trip was incredible. FYI: You can buy lunch right after the excursion where the vans and buses are parked for $5 US, wouldn't be surprised if that is were the RCI trips get their lunch too You can't beat this trip for the price, you have a small group, great guide and get to see more caves then the ships excursion.
