=COOL We were there in 2005 and went to Snorkel Park Beach which is a short walk away. The beach was a little rocky but nice. It had a bar upstairs over the equipment rental office called Hammerheads where you could sit and look out over the beach and ocean. That was the only beach we went to there. Wish I was there now.
The #7 bus runs from the King's Wharf area to Hamilton, going alongside the famed south shore beaches along the way. The most famous of these is Horseshoe Bay Beach -- very nice, lots of tourists, though, so go when there are fewer ships in.
thanks for the reply....when you wrote that the beach was a bit rocky, is it sand in the water or do the rocks continue in , and also. could you rent chairs and umbrellas?
