Beware-Triple cabin=roll-away bed on Century/rude Customer Service Reps

Recently we booked 3 cabins on Century and requested a triple cabin. Later on we made a change and found out that the triple cabin meant rolling in a roll-away bed. We were not happy about this so we spoke to a Service Rep and told them Celebrity misrepresented the cabin to us. The Rep hung up on my spouse after he expressed how misleading it was. He called back to find out if we could include the third person anyway and we were told there were no more triples. Thus, we had to cancel all our cruises because we were traveling as a family. It was disgraceful.

The rollaway is no big deal. We were in a triple and it was fine. JANZ

Were you three adults? did they keep the bed in there during the day? If not where did the third person relax during the day? It seems like you would be crawling over a bed to get to the bathroom.....The cabins are small enough.
