In Ketchikan, there are no tandem bikes available.  There is a mountain biking excursion sold on the ship.   You are bused from the dock to Clover Pass.  You can check on your cruise line's web-site under 'shore excursions' to find out the specifics especially, the degree of activity (mild to strenous).
