Blue Lagoon Question - Nassau

Is the Blue Lagoon excursion booked through the ship (Sovereign) , or do you book it directly on the website, or do you go to where the ferry leaves from on Paradise Island and just pay for it there? I'd rather book it with the ship but don't see it offered.
