Wife and I went to the Boatyard 2 years ago, during a 10 day, 5 island cruise. We found it to be one of the highlights of the whole trip. If you stay in port after sundown it isn't to be missed for the sunset and then they set up a bonfire at night. We even caught happy hour!

16 more days and I'm sooo excited. Especially to hear good reports! If our ship doesn't leave Barbados until 10 pm how long would it be safe for to stay at the Boatyard?

I would leave by 8-8:30 but you could stay after if you dont mind pushing it. Watch out for the rum cake samples... After hitting happy hour at the Boatyard (2 for 1 Mount Gay Rum and Cokes) and we enjoyed quite a few... watching the sunset will still drinking on the beach and then the bonfire on the beach, where they hide a bottle of rum under one of the chairs DW and I were "feeling good" and bought way too many rum cakes to take back. Although they are awesome buy them before party-ing.
BTW you are more then likely going to run into some of the crew there...
