mmmmmmmmmm... sounds very familure to several Pod/weather cancellations and complications on X cruises in the past.
Purhaps the amount of money being spent on some of these itineries is getting "Up there" for us common folk and we are starting to push back a wee bit more than in the past.
Greed vs common sense ?? Makes for an unpleasant experience I'll bet.
That all might contract aside the Cruise Lines must know that PR or lack of it is very expensive.

I just found it riotious that the man made his way to the bridge with a "map"...very funny article....

But there WAS a common thread...LACK OF COMMUNICATION...I'll never understand why such large companies don't understand that quickly and clearly communicating with the passengers avoids such "mutunies"...
It's the "failure to inform or acknowledge" that makes people grow angrier by the hour.

yes I agree..been there and done that......(and then I took a pill and took my own advice... don't sweat the small stuff.... ship didn't sink and they didn't kill anyone)
