I just found it riotious that the man made his way to the bridge with a "map"...very funny article....:lolBut there WAS a common thread...LACK OF COMMUNICATION...I'll never understand why such large companies don't understand that quickly and clearly communicating with the passengers avoids such "mutunies"...It's the "failure to inform or acknowledge" that makes people grow angrier by the hour.
