I just returned from the Constellation and as always, the cruise was excellent. However, I noted something that I have never seen on any of my past cruises. The Captain had a bodyguard. As the Captain was giving his welcome aboard speech and champagne toast, I noticed a guy dressed in a suit standing on the side of the stage. When the Captain completed his speech and passed the microphone to the cruise director, the Captain walked off the stage and the guy in the suit followed the Captain out of the theater. I never saw the Captain for the remainder of the trip or the guy who was wearing the suit. Does anyone have any information to share?
