I think in the name of passenger satisfaction Celebrity should have some type of disclaimer stating that there is a great deal of noise from above on this floor. Instead of hearing from the Head Purser that there is nothing that can be done at this time and offering us some ear plugs and the 800 number for Celebrity customer service. I can't believe that we were the first complaints about the noise in the ships 3 years of service
As far as "THE best premium-cruise level line out there" we were not impressed. We've cruised on the Rhapsody, Voyager, and the Vision from RCCL. We had heard that Celebrity was a notch above RCCL in all aspects of cruising, but found that not to be true with our group of 10. Celebrity seemed to nickel and dime you to death for everything. We had not encountered on RCCL a waiter coming by the dinner table the first night (and every other morning, noon, and night) trying to sell bottled water. The one shining star for Infinity is their specialty restaurant it was excellent for an additional $30 per person. This is getting to long.
