We recently traveled on the Constellation and encountered the same problem. We were in Concierge Class which is located directly below a public area. Our problem, however, was not as severe as the original poster.The one problem we did have which was resolved after the first few days [14 day cruise] which was the washing apparatus being parked outside the cabin adjacent to ours. They did move it on the first port day after reporting it. It was then parked in front of someone else's cabin who I imagine did not complain as much as did I. We informed our TA on our arrival home that we had had a partially obstructed cabin for the first days of the cruise. She contacted Celebrity but never received a response.Guess it's back to Princess.
