There are large overhangs on most of the balconies on sky deck, lots of beams connected with those balconies that are unsightly. Then the noise from the deck above. When they made those cabins concierge class, then people wanted to book them and could accept the drawbacks connected with those cabins, because of all the perks that Celebrity added so people would stay in those cabins. It was a brilliant marketing strategy on Celebrity's part to make those undesirable cabins attractive. Now they are right back where they started from, I personally would not book a concierge class cabin on sky deck, I would book one on another deck. Celebrity, what were you thinking???
