We sailed the Sun in Alaska this summer so I can't comment on the pool deck. In Alaska it was never packed. We had a great cruise. I never tried the ham, but was pleased with the breakfast buffet. We usually went to one of the two dining rooms for dinner early and never had to wait for a table. The food was fantastic but don't be in a hurry. Dinner took between one hour and one and a half hours.We did use the jacuzzis on the pool deck. Each was different. Some warmer then others, and some the jets didn't work. As for the two pools, one pool was always 3 or 4 degrees warmer then the other.The first day try to ignore the drinks they try to sell you every time you turn around. This was our 2nd NCL cruise and it was the same both times. After the first day they arn't as pushy.Our balcony cabin was fantastic.Have a good time!
