Booking a cruise while on a cruise

My husband and I are going on the Carnival Legend in November. We also will be booking an Alaskan cruise for May 2007. We are taking my parents along. My dads dream is to see Alaska. We are wanting to book the inside passage on Carnival Spirit. Will I be able to get more of a discount if I book the Alaskan cruise while we are on our cruise in November? Any advice would be appreciated.

On my last two Carnival cruises, I asked about booking onboard and was told that Carnival had done away with the program due to lack of interest. That was on the Holiday in June, and the Fantasy in August.

Thanks for the information. I will go ahead and get the Alaskan cruise booked. Very excited for my dad and mom to see Alaska. Thanks again.
