I was wondering if one's chances of obtaining an upgrade were better booking "GAURANTEE" directly with HAL or through a local TA?
I have been a HAL Mariner for some years now and have always booked "Gaurantee" via my TA and received upgrades on HAL and just wondered if I have been extremely lucky or that was the norm..........
