I've seen posts on booze cruises, yet in the shore excursion book that NCL gave I don't see anything titled "Booze Cruise".  Do I just wait to get off the boat and I will see them on the pier?  or can I pre-book one.  I am trying not to book any excursion via NCL, I assume they will be crowded w/ the rest of the last minute morons like myself!
