We are booked on the May 21st sailing of the NCL Sea. I called today to see if we could take bottled water on board with us. Ozarka water is to me what cigarettes are to some!!! I was told we could not bring any type of "liguid" with us. I have read on other threads that people bring pop and juice on in their carry on. Has anyone else taken water on board with them? Maybe I just spoke to an agent that was new??? This is our 1st cruise, so I have no past experience. I appreciate any and all advice.
Thanks,
Kathy

We have been on 7 NCL cruises, most recently on the Norwegian Sun in Feb 2005 and always bring bottled water.

Thank you for your reply. I emailed the cruise line, and they sent me a reply stating it was fine also. I guess the agent I talked to at NCL must have been new or something. Thanks again.

I plan on bringing about 14 big bottles of water a day. I drink a gallon of H20 a day and I am with you I have a certain type of H20 that I like and it's coming with me ;)

However, in my opinion the best tasting and cleanest water available is the reverse osmossis water on board a ship.....

Its better tasting than the water I drink at home which is filled with as many chemicals as they can legally put in it..... reverse osmosis is at least pure......

Ship water is fantastic, and the bottled water is a wast of money IMHO
