Does anyone know if Celebrity will pack a box lunch for passengers who will be off the ship all day? If not, any suggestions for those who choose not to eat in local restaurants?

X WILL NOT..pack lunches...those days are long gone. Try bottled water or prepackaged foods. Take a cab back to the ship and have lunch!!

No box lunches. We go to the Buffet and make a takeout lunch. Just make sure you carry enough tupperware and baggies to accomodate the days you want to venture off with the ships food.
Bring very large Burgerkind or 7 11 super cups 64 oz so you can take iced punch and tea with you since it can get mighty hot in the caribbean.

Keep in mind it is against customs regulations in most countries to take any foods into the country.
I wouldn't think it was worth the risk of getting detained (or worse arrested) just to save a few dollars by trying to take your own food.
