I got a new Crown and Anchor card in the mail about 6 weeks ago and it was a GOLD card. I'm Platinum. So I called and they said they have me in the computer as Platinum. (So why send me Gold?). I was supposed to get a new card in 2 weeks and now it's going on 6...I hope they straighten it out before I get on board! 66 more days for Bahamas and 81 for Bermuda! woo hoo!!!!
