Has anyone been in this cabin? I'm having a hard time even finding it on the deck plan!

Check the deck plan on their web site. It's on there. The brochure is different, looks like that row has been renumbered because there are more inside cabins in the plan on the web site.

C638 is a nice one... it's got the double size balcony.

P.S. I think the picture in the brochure is the Golden... it doesn't have a C638.

DJA - Do you know what furniture is on the balcony of the Caribe deck cabins? Thanks!

What a neat website!! Thanks for the link! :thumb

Still wondering what balcony furniture is on the Caribe deck cabins though. Anyone know?

Lady Jag,

Because the balconies on Caribe are double the depth of the outside cabins on the other decks, there are two lounge chairs, two straight chairs, and a little table. It is half covered and half open, so if you want privacy and/or shade just sit on the inner half. If you want sun, (and people looking down at you), sit on the outer half. These balconies are really terrific, best deal on the ship... even better than the suites down below where the whole balcony is open to all the balconies above.

DJA - Thanks, that's the info I was looking for! We've been on the Grand twice, once in a mini & once in a suite on the back of the ship. (Didn't like that location!) Anyway, we're looking forward to our two adjoining cabins on the Diamond on the Caribe deck, one for us, one for the boys. My husband will be so glad there'll be a lounge chair waiting for him! Thanks again! :)

We were in C320 last year on the Grand - I have to agree that the Caribe deck balconies are great - with the 1/2 covered and 1/2 open we had enough privacy but also lots of room.
