Cabin choice

Hi,
We are having a tough time deciding on the SS vs CS cabin choice on Millenium for the Venice to Barcelona cruise next May. Our last cruise to Alaska we loved the balcony, but would the larger CS cabin with multiple windows make us just as happy. Any thoughts or past experiences would be great....thanks

Well those CS rooms are sure nice with two; count em... two; huge flat screen tv's. But even with the glass I would want to get outside if I was going to pop for all the loot for such a room. Great midship location though.....

Hi,
We are booked in the CS Category for the Baltic Cruise on the Constellation May 8th, our reasoning is that it will be cool and a view from a window plus the size of the cabin makes more sense. ..if we need fresh air can always find a deck like the promenade to get some fresh air. We had a Suite on the Grand Princess two years ago in the Carribean in March and the balcony was unusable except in Port because of the strong wind and waves, our deck furniture went out to sea, also a Suite on the Rotterdam to the Panama last year in rough weather the balcony was always wet and the Capitain told the passenger on two particularly rough sea and windy nights not to go out on the balconies.

I've traveled in both. The key to your decision is that you state multiple windows will make you just as happy. Therefore, there is no decision - take the larger space (and separate bedroom) of the Celebrity Suite. It's also nice having a real dining table.
