Cabin Question

Greetings all. We have booked a GS on Serenade of the Seas in March 09. It is room 1600 - very back of the ship, deck 10. We have sailed RCI before ( Voyager class ships) with a GS on the "normal" side of the ship. Has anyone booked a room at the "back" of the ship. Are the rooms or balconies different. Any difference in the motion of the ocean on the back of the ship and a slightly smaller ship than the Voyager class. My DW is a little nervous that there might be too much sea motion on the back.

Thanks

There are an awful lot of people that are aft cabin fans......I'm not one of them.......seems to me that you get a lot of rumbling and some vibration from the Azipods back there.

Aft lover here..........and that cabin(1600) is one of the best................HUGE balcony...............granted some people are bothered by the motion back there, but doesnt bother us...................dont notice it..........plus the afts on the Radiance class dont have the infrastructure in the aft like the Voyager class does...............much nicer..................

Thanks. We are going to be a group of at least 10...probably last family vacation with all the kids and grand kids and grandma together. I am glad to hear the balcony is large . We'll stay in 1600 . I'm sure most of the time our cabin is used we will be on the balcony with most of us enjoying the views. Thanks for the insight.
