Not likely once you are on the ship. Most upgrades are given before you sail and mostly to long time, loyal, cruisers on a cruise line. I have gotten numerous upgrades on HAL and Princess. Once from an inside cabin to an aft balcony on Princess.One thing, your TA must advise the cruise line in advance that you will accept an upgrade.
