I sail on Aug 11th 2003, booked my cruise on March 2003, what are the possibilities the get a good upgrade? also how many weeks/days before your cruise you get your tickets by mail?

I've only been upgraded when I've booked guarantees and have had great luck going from inside to oceanview cabins. I usually receive all the docs about two weeks prior to sailing.
