We were on Sensation to Cozumel back in may. Had a great time. Check out this website. It has a TON of information for you.

Be sure to stay outside as you sail out of Tampa Bay. It tkes about an hour to get out of the bay. Go up on deck below the radar mast as you pass under the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Clearance is only 10 feet and you can hear the traffic on the bridge as you pass under. Pretty cool.
