It's on the critic board. I saw that post too and thought - good grief. To have a bad attitude before cruising like that - may as well stay home!The large number of cruises a person has been on means diddly squat. Actually if anything it really is a hinderance because they are more inclined to complain about system changes. The cruiselines don't care if someone with a long history gets ticked off and decides not to cruise with them again because of change in policy. They are much happier selling cabins to newbies who don't know any different and adapt. Cruises are sailing in most cases with a full ship so to them.. there's no loss of profit if someone with a long history decides to cruise elsewhere.I've cruised for many years on different lines and lots of cruises under my belt. One thing I'm trying to do is be more tollerant to change. I understand people getting irritated when policies change - however unless they learn to adapt - their voices will just fall on deaf ears. Trying to bully the cruiseline like that poster was trying to convey is a waste of time. Think about all the poor vicitms who have to share a table with someone like this.. gesh.
