Can you have flowers sent to a cruise ship?

Sailing on Ruby PRincess in March for FIL's 90th. would like to send flowers (not through Princess). Can this be done?

Some cruise lines and port block flower shipments. Would suggest you have your TA call to check. Princess has a lovely floral selection at rather moderate prices.
