Canceling an excursion

Hello all!

I'm hoping to draw on the group's collective knowledge, here.

My husband and I are first-time cruisers leaving a week from tomorrow on the Carnival Triumph. We booked some excursions early in July, and we would like to cancel two of them and add two others. Unfortunately, we're having trouble canceling and I just can't figure out why.

We've gone to "Modify my shore excursion orders" and checked the boxes and hit "Confirm Changes"...and nothing happens. In red at the bottom of the screen, it says, "Please modify your order." Which...we did. And nothing happened.

The Carnival FAQ section on excursions says changes and cancellations can be made up until the "cut-off window"...which, as far as I can tell, is 5 days prior to departure. We're at 8 days prior right now, so I can't figure out what the issue is.

In case it helps, we're trying to cancel a bike tour on Half Moon Cay.

Any assistance you can offer would be much appreciated!

OK--nevermind. We called the Carnival help line and they were extremely helpful! His name was Eduardo and he was very nice and helpful.

Anyone reading this post in the future with a similar problem: my recommendation is to call Carnival! He took care of it for us within thirty seconds, and we weren't on hold for any length of time at all!
