OK--nevermind. We called the Carnival help line and they were extremely helpful! His name was Eduardo and he was very nice and helpful.Anyone reading this post in the future with a similar problem: my recommendation is to call Carnival! He took care of it for us within thirty seconds, and we weren't on hold for any length of time at all!
