Well, if their website is working properly for you, go into the same area where you purchase the excursions.  Enter your info (reservation number, sail date, etc).  Once you are in, at the top click on your cart.  Then you should see the excursions you  have purchased, and there should be an "edit" option.  I have not cancelled before, but that is where you are supposed to be able to do it.  They will credit your charge card.  Book the one you want.  Im betting it takes a few days to see the credit on your card, as with most refunds.  However, once you are within that 10 day period, you can not cancel online, it must be done once you board.
