Has anybody been on this cruise. We are going in Sept. and would really appreciate some information about how the weather will be when we are sailing and when we go ashore. How cold will it be? Thanks to all.

I did this cruise two weeks ago on Triumph. I have posted my review on cruise critics.com in the "Review" Section and cruisemates.com. The weather was very nice when we went, but we were told it varies.

fran,

Are you on the Legend Sept. 22 from NYC?
Probably too early to predict the weather although the averages say highs ranging from the 60-80 F with lows into the 45-60 F range. Layers of clothing with a water repellant jacket for us. Check weather.com before you leave for another "guess".
Heck - the high temp was 15 degrees above normal here last week and 15 below normal this week.

We did this sailing last June and we are leaving in 7 days to go again. We always take a little warm weather and cool weather. One thing is for certain the evenings are rather cool so a light jacket or sweater is a must have if you like to be out on the deck. We spent the day in shorts but the evening we dressed warmer. Have fun.

We're on the Legends Oct. 6 cruise to Canada. I understand warm clothes and raincoats are in order.

We went on the 5 day Canadian cruise in July on the Triumph. The weather on the days at sea on the way there were a little chilly and rainy.... and didn't really clear up until we hit Halifax (day 3). While in Nova Scotia the weather was perfect.. couldn't have asked for a nicer day. Then the final day at sea was clear and sunny.....

Would I do it again? Absolutely....and I am... I just booked my WEDDING on the Carnival Victory 8/14/03 4 day cruise to Halifax.
