Canopy tours - Costa Maya

My dream cruise (for my 30th birthday) was cancelled by Celebrity :-( They relocated Century to Europe for August. I am now booked with HAL on Zuiderdam on 27 August. We are going to Costa Maya and I think I read somewhere that you could do a canopy tour there. Am I right? If so, can anyone recommend anything? Thanks

I've not heard of that yet, I think I read recently of someone doing that in Jamaica though. However, maybe the different cruise lines offer some different excursions. Check with HAL. Hope you have a good time.

Could you be thinking of Costa Rica? I don't remember seeing heavy jungles in Costa Maya

Thanks for your replies. Looks like I was mistaken. Do you happen to know exactly where the ships dock in Costa Maya?

Near the town of Mahahual. The pier area is remote and was built specifically for cruise ships. Definetly take a tour here, the Chacchoben Ruins are really nice.
