We are going on our first cruise July 26 on the Century. I have read all the posted reviews and want to read more!!!!
Any comments/concerns about this ship, trip (eastern Caribbean)?
Also what about the dress? I have read that formal nights are formal, informal means coat and tie. Thats fine with us. But we are also casual kinda folks. Day wear? Lunch time?
Tell me about the alternative dining? I know our time in San Juan runs into dinner. Should we make reservations to dine late that night?
ANY INFO is positive for me.
Thanks for all your help so far.

So many questions ..so little time. lol. I have never been on the Century but It was the first of the new classes for Celebrity after the Zenith and Horizon. The day time dress on Celebrity ships is casual so you do not need to be concerned for meals etc. The buffet will take you with swimming suit coverups at minimum. Max you need would be resort clothing. Conservative shorts and a tidy shirt will bring you no comments from fellow passengers in the Dining room either. I'm not familure with the alternative dinning on the Century but the other ships I've been on is dress of the day sort of deal. Regarding San Juan and reservations it's a really good idea if you have something specific planned to do off ship but it's not really required. They may have open seating if they are there over dinner times I'm not sure. Just relax and go with the flow is the best advice I can give for your first cruise.
