He was likely trying to get rooms booked on less popular parts of the ship. He may have been trying to help, but frankly, I am suspicious of their sales team right now, I would describe the "supervisor" I spoke to as sounding like a used car salesman, but that would be an insult to used car salesmen.This was "bait and switch" on Carnival's part and boils down to ethics.....or lack thereof.
