Well I guess I have never considered misleading sales tactics as "petty". let alone flat out lies.This was not the action of an individual Carnival sales agent, this was backedup by a supervisor.UPDATE:When I really complained to the second supervisor, she told me that she would wait till the end of the day and get us the upgrade we had been promised.The tickets came....no upgrade.Anything to get you off the phone.
