I just saw the newswire of the 3rd Dream class has been named.

The Breeze? Really? Seems like a totally inadequate name for a ship that size. Why not The Wind, or the Storm, or the Tempest, maybe even the Zephyr, would sound more impressive. The Breeze is a good name for a dingy.

How about the Liberty of the Seas, which came after the Carnival Liberty. Or the Carnival Spirit, the NCL Spirit and the Seabourn Spirit. Or the Carnival Magic and the Disney Magic. Or the Carnival Splendor and the Splendour of the Seas. Or the Jewel of the Seas and the NCL Jewel. Or the Seven Seas Mariner and the Mariner of the Seas. Or the Seabourn Pride and the Carnival Pride. Or the NCL Star and the Star Princess. Or the NCL Sun and the Sun Princess. Or the NCL Dawn and the Dawn Princess. Or the Seven Seas Voyager and the Voyager of the Seas. Or the Seven Seas Navigator and the Navigator of the Seas. Or the Seabourn Quest and the Azamara Quest.

And when mentioning Legends, you forgot the Seabourn Legend.

Personally I think Carnival Breeze is a cool name. It sure beats Allure of the Seas.

Gotta say "Breeze" does seem a little tame to me. I wonder what Joe Farcus will come up with to reflect the name in the ship's interior decor.

Oh, Mgrimes, what a great name for a ship. The Carnival Escape. I like that. Although, there might be some problem using that "Escape" in the name, what with Princess using "Escape Completely" in all their advertizing. I'd be willing to bet they've got a copyright on it.

If Princess could copyright the word "escape" then every prisoner that tried to escape would be breaking the law.
