Ok, I guess I am a spoilsport, but no one prepared me for my 1st cruise which was 7/14/03 Galveston to Cozumel, Calica.

1st of all, the hurricane made the 1st night HORRIBLE. I just wanted the captain to come on & say, yes, people are puking everywhere, & you feel like you are on a serious rollercoaster & falling out of your beds, BUT WE ARE OK!!!!!!

But, once we got thru that, I was fine EXCEPT- They have 100's of people working on those ships, can't 1 or 2 of them direct people to seating in shows, etc??? The "NO SEAT SAVING" policy is bullcrap!!!
Also, don't they have any sense of organization in anything? My idea of a vacation is NOT standing in lines(that could be avoided) for EVERYTHING.

I don't think I will be cruising again anytime soon.

We were on this ship last month and never saw any of this. The only line we stood in was for lunch on the lido. We went to many of the shows and found setting everywhere. Nobody directed us to any place and we got seats up front. We never heard or saw the captian while on the ship. All of the announcement where made by Trevor, the cruise director. He should have said something about the boat rocking.
