The Elation's last cruise prior to the Winter Olympics is Jan 18. The Winter Olympics does not begin until Feb 12. It is possible that the water park will be installed then. However, I do not know this as a fact. Carnival's goal is to have the work done before the end of 2010. While it is sitting in Vancouver doing nothing would be a good time to do the work.
