Carnival Comment Cards

Don B

Chief Security Officer
We just got off the Triumph, and in September we cruised on the Elation. We did not receive the opportunity to fill out Comment Cards. No comment cards were in the cabin, there was no mention of them, nor did we see the drop boxes that used to be provided for these cards. In past cruises with Carnival (we are Platinum members) it seemed very important to Carnival to get our feedback. It was portrayed that crew promotions were determined largely by these cards, and a couple of times we got feedback from Carnival Corporate regarding our comments. Question: did we just miss the cards? Is the comment process now being done online? Or is Carnival no longer interested in what we think?

I thought the same thing when we disembarked the Splendor in October, and it turns out that yes, the survey is now done online. They'll e-mail it to you.

They have upgraded to the on-line survey. We got ours about a week and half after we returned. I hope that everyone that fills one out will remember those that really went above to make a crusie special. I think more people will report the little negative issues on the survey than the positives.

Note that the e-comment card is sent to only the first person listed on the booking. So, my husband received one, I did not. Fortunately, we had shared our opinions with each other prior to its receipt, so he was able to include my thoughts, as well.

Just got back from Miracle 11/15 and the comment card arrived online a few days later. It does only go to the first person listed so hopefully you'll have a chance to talk and capture all the pros and cons. I hope you remembered to jot down the name(s) of those that also did outstandlngly good things as well as the awful. Management does read and evaluate and recognize employees accordingly.
