Hi there,We were on the same exact cruise as "robertew" above! The Carnival Destiny was our first cruise, and we LOVED IT! We couldn't find anything that we didn't like about the cruise. The service was great, the people were memorable, and the destinations were great. We'd definitely go on another Carnival Cruise. We were even down in the bottom level of the ship, and were told that we would feel the waves a lot more, but with the stabilizers, it wasn't much of a problem.
