carnival did not send new boarding passes???

We already have passes but we received an upgrade and new passes were suppose to be sent two weeks ago, we leave in one week. I've called 2 times and they keep saying there is a note in the computer about the upgrade and they would send the tickets. That obviously has not happened. Why would they not send them to us? Will this make for a longer embarkation process?

I talked to my TA when booking this trip and he said they had a computer problem with sending out tickets first that included air because the people that flew needed those tickets first and he told me if you didnt get your tickets , just go on to the port , you would get onboard as it is in the computer ...

At the port , they will just check the roster and see your name and give you new tags if you need them . I wouldnt worry if they dont come although it is nice when everything falls into place..

Lately Im trying to live one day at a time and it is not easy to do

sufficient is the evil of each day to itself .. so Im trying to just get thru the day in a hopeful mood .. maybe they will come tommorrow ... ToMORROW TOMMORROW i LOVE YOU TOMMORROW YOU"RE ONLY A DAY AWAY ..

and that there defeats my purpose to try to live one day at a time .. still trying tho
