We already have passes but we received an upgrade and new passes were suppose to be sent two weeks ago, we leave in one week. I've called 2 times and they keep saying there is a note in the computer about the upgrade and they would send the tickets. That obviously has not happened. Why would they not send them to us? Will this make for a longer embarkation process?
