I was on the Ecstasy a few years ago and it was not in great shape then and I have to say that it, along with the Holiday, were my least favorite ships.  But I think that's because I've been spoiled by the newer, bigger ships.  I think I've heard that it's since been refurbished and I'm  sure it's in fine condition now.  We still had a great time on the ship and I would definately not discourage anyone from going on it.  Cruising is a great way to vacation!  Have fun planning your vacation!
