My son was just looking at the photo album from our '93 cruise. Does anyone know if Michael Andrew (comedian/singer) and "George the Greek" a maitre'd are still employed by Carnival. We enjoyed both of them.

George the Greek was our maitre'd on Tropicale in 94.

Was he as wonderful as I remember him? Mom had a bad cold and he scared our waiter when he brought her a hot toddy. The waiter thought he had done something wrong. George was so personable.

In reply to your question about George the Greek, he was the Fantasy Dining Room's maitre d, on the ship m/s Sensation during our cruise on July 21, 2002.
