Very few balconies on the Fantasy Class, making an upgrade unlikely. Progresso is what you make of it. The ship docks in a port area that is 4 miles from town. Free shuttles are available into town, but you are on your own from there. I would recommend a shore tour booked thru the cruise line for this port.
