Lots of places to rent the little cars. We found it an interesting walk down Duval Street but lots of people were driving the little cars.

Yes you can. There are actually a few businesses that rent them out by the hour, day and week. It looked like the best way to get around and thought we would try it in December when we take our next cruise.
