I am considering booking a 5 day cruise on the Fantasy. I have been on ten cruises on RCCL, HAL, NCL, and Carnival. RCCL is my favorite so far. I was on the Carnival Glory 3/09 and had a fine time. We are pressed for time, and have decided a 5 day is all we can do in March. Any comments on the Fantasy? I am a firm believer that there is no such thing as a bad cruise, but I am just looking for some input. Thanks!

I was on the Fantasy in Aug 08 before the dry dock makeover. We had a great time. Just remember she is the oldest ship in Carinval. I am sure that the upgrades Fantasy received made her a better ship than when we sailed.
We were to sail out of New Orleans, but but a barge sank at the port. We still went to New Orleans port to check in and then were bused to Mobile. This was the only issue with our cruise.
