Carnival is dumping Mobile, AL - The Elation moving to NOLA Nov 5, 2011

Although it should not affect our Sept 10 cruise it does leave a bad taste in our mouths the way they stuck Mobile in the back with the news. We sure hope another cruise line will decide move to the city. It's a great area to visit and is only a 10 hour drive for us.

It seems they are always moving around for some reason, I guess it is a business decision

The move definitely affected our Nov. 5th Ecstasy cruise plans. Less balconies on the Elation meant we were put in an outside room..
A few phones calls, several texts and some negotiating and we now have a suite on the Elation.

Not making money and thats the name of the game, look whats happening on the west coast with different cruise lines, they are bugging
