Irons and steamers are fire hazards, you would not be allowed to bring those onboard. I can not guarantee there are irons in the laundry facilities but I can guarantee that there are washers and driers in there. If you really needed your clothes ironed and pressed, you can pay a small fee and your cabin steward will take care of that, however, I don't think they want the passengers playing with those devices!
