It's specifically states that EACH ship has at least two....so I'm sure they are there. I know we've seen them on a good number of ships. Perhaps they don't show them on the deck plan because they aren't always in the same location on each ship. Or they might be in the blank area by the rear elevators - but that's just a guess. Ask your room steward where it is once you get there. I use to take my iron but the last few times I really haven't had to use it. We've been on 12 cruises and only once have I seem someone actually doing laundry. One other time I saw someone ironing.....if I recall correctly that was the day of the formal dinner. You might want to iron prior to that day just to avoid a possible wait.
